Registration Costs Include

Full Conference Registration

Attendance at all conference sessions, including Breakfast Sessions, conference materials, morning & afternoon teas, lunches and Welcome Reception

Day Registration

Attendance at that day’s conference sessions, including Breakfast sessions, conference programme booklet, morning & afternoon teas and lunch

Half Day Registration

Attendance at the morning or afternoon sessions as per your registration, half day programme, morning or afternoon tea and lunch

Student Registrations

A limited number of Student registrations are available for $50 per day. Please contact Claire.Bark@tangerineevents.co.nz to apply for Student registration.

Conference Dinner

Conference dinner tickets are included in the Full Nurses Registration and the Registrars Package Only.  Tickets can be purchased when you register for $120.00 (inc GST)

How to Pay

Payment can be made by cheque, payable to: “Gastroenterology Conference 2011”

Direct Credit

All registrations will receive confirmation via email.  Please ensure you include your email address on your registration form.  If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, please contact Claire.Bark@tangerineevents.co.nz

If the Organising Committee has to cancel the conference, in circumstances beyond their control, all registration fees will be refunded in full.

Insurance

We recommend delegates to take out personal travel insurance.
